5 Wellness Habits

Every day, think as you wake up, today I am fortunate to be alive, I bave a precious buman life, I am not going to waste it. -the Dalai Lama I am a morning person, i've always woke up at the same time. Since starting on my wellness journey, there are a few practices that I find really helpful in maintaining my health and well-being.
