5 Wellness Habits

I am a morning person, i've always woke up at the same time. Since starting on my wellness journey, there are a few practices that I find really helpful in maintaining my health and well-being. These 5 practices below are what I do on a regular basis to help me feel my best. Let’s start!

1.Breath work

I first discovered breath work through a yoga session. I’ve never done anything like that before and it was quite an intense experience. There were so many stuck emotions and traumas in my body and during that breath work session. That was when I realized how powerful breath work can be. So, I started implementing breath work into my morning routine or any time of day when I need to manage stress. There are many kinds of breath work and each is designed to provide different benefits like nervous system regulation, releasing stuck emotions, visualization and manifestation, releasing DMT, etc. Breath work has been life-changing for me in my wellness and spiritual journey. It helps me stay connected to peace and overall sense of well-being.

2. Journaling

Journaling is so good for the mind and the soul. Journaling helps to bring out whatever that’s bothering me onto paper so it doesn’t have to stay stuck in my head. Journaling helps me get to know myself better, what do I want in life and who I want to become. It helps strengthening the relationship I have with myself. Journaling helps me understand and process feelings that don’t make sense. Journaling helps me understand why I am triggered by someone or something and it gives me an insight in how I should manage and process these emotions. Journaling helps me get in touch with inspiration and intuition. It allows me to be vulnerable and see the darkest side of me as well as finding hope, light and courage. It might sound too good to be true as it is so simple but I truly believe that when you give yourself a chance to be deeply introspective through journaling, you get to know yourself better. 

3. Healthy Drink

Meditation in the morning can set the stage for your day, but the morning may also set the stage for meditation.Your mind is naturally calm from rest, and the world around you is quiet from collective slumber.

I like to meditate for 10 - 15 minutes in the most comfortable position, calm atmosphere on my balcony accompanied by music "Himalayan sounds, Indian instrumental or ambient music" this is a method that makes my mind and body more relaxed.

5. Shower

The morning shower is an essential part of most people’s day. Not only does it leave you clean and smelling fresh, it also wakes you up and revitalises so you are ready for the day ahead.

However, many people see the everyday shower routine as a time constraint and would rather spend that time sleeping. It is possible to enjoy a more productive morning routine by being slightly creative. Make use of various shower hacks to save yourself time and get the day off to a good start.

You’d be surprised at how multi-functional your shower experience can be if you have the right tricks up your sleeve.

How the universe test us before giving us what we want?

love situation

How do you deal with yourself falling in love again? is that enough? no, i never fell in love like rose and jack, romeo & juliet. Love requires sacrifice for both.  I only have momentary feelings, obsessions, fantasies and expectations. My thoughts and I always create our own storylines, where in the end my feelings become the victim. Does that feeling arise when you meet someone who wants to spend the day with you even if it's only 1 day? spending his special day, spending money, energy, time and emotions. I didn't want to go too far, because at first he was outside my box, but after I met him and within a few hours we were walking together, telling stories ranging from random, serious to silly stories.
