The Gift of Patience

In an era of instant gratification, patience
can feel like a forgotten virtue. We're constantly pushing for quick results, eager for immediate rewards, and anxious in the face of delays. Yet, there's a quiet strength in patience, a power in the ability to wait and trust in the process. Patience teaches us to be present, to find peace in the moment rather than in the outcome. It allows us to grow, to learn, and to understand that some things are meant to unfold in their own time. In embracing patience, we find resilience, grace, and the wisdom that not all progress is visible. Sometimes, the most profound transformations happen in the stillness, in the waiting, where life is busy weaving its tapestry in the background.

It's a gentle reminder that the best things
often take time to manifest. Patience is
the quiet energy that carries you through
when the going gets difficult. It's knowing that every step you take, every setback you face, and every struggle you overcome contributes to your progress and story. In moments of impatience. When the world appears to be rushing around you, remember that success isn't determined by the speed with which you
progress -it's the journey itself that forms your character and prepares you for the brilliance that awaits you. Embrace patience.

The universe doesn't rush..
and neither should you. You are exactly where you need to be, even if it feels like progress is slow. Growth is happening beneath the surface, in ways you can't always see. Trust that what's for you won't pass you by. The path may twist, but it's still leading you to where you're meant to go. Be patient with yourself. There's no race, only the unfolding of your unique journey.

she's back

The time is waiting!!! I started writing about the journey again. Every day there is change, every time is so fast, and every minute is a process.  Take a deep breath, and close your eyes. I'm thinking about the past and the future. Some of the best quotes I know, "don't live about the past or don't be afraid of the future. You will definitely enjoy the present. 🩷 It's hard to say, we're only human and sometimes it's in my human DNA to feel anxious, scared, and confused.  This is based on my experience, I am not someone who has a big experience or expect mentality, but I am a human who is confident to share about this journey!  I am very grateful, I was born and grew up to be a strong person and have the strength to stand alone. We cannot compare ourselves one by one. But a little from my experience. How can I handle my mental and my life right now. I have a lot of problems and mistakes, but I'm still the only person who can fix them. My pa...

How the universe test us before giving us what we want?

So the universe asks, gently at first, then louder: Can you hold the frequency of what you asked for, even when it feels like you won’t get it. The test might look like: → Anxiety that comes out of nowhere → People resurfacing who reflect your old self → A complete pause that makes you think “maybe this isn’t working” → A perfectly orchestrated real life version of your biggest wound showing up right before the breakthrough But this isn’t a sign to give up. It’s a sign that you’re almost there. And all you have to do is stay calm, certain and regulated. your system nervous gets triggered as soon as we set an intetion, our nervous system while usually fight back. it's weird to keep you safe and any change at all iis seem as a threat. it will stir up. the exact fears, patterns, or block that kept us from in the first place. this can even show up phsically. through headaches, anxiety and more. that's why imperative. to practice, nervous system regulation during your manifestation ...

love situation

How do you deal with yourself falling in love again? is that enough? no, i never fell in love like rose and jack, romeo & juliet. Love requires sacrifice for both.  I only have momentary feelings, obsessions, fantasies and expectations. My thoughts and I always create our own storylines, where in the end my feelings become the victim. Does that feeling arise when you meet someone who wants to spend the day with you even if it's only 1 day? spending his special day, spending money, energy, time and emotions. I didn't want to go too far, because at first he was outside my box, but after I met him and within a few hours we were walking together, telling stories ranging from random, serious to silly stories. How can I cause this feeling? This just happened, but I set the boundary that this was just a recent moment, maybe just a memory. will be forgotten by time. I always think openly, let the universe decide. I can control these feelings, but my mind is very difficult. I want t...
